anger towards t-mobile

|

so, i got this new t-mobile phone last week. service isn't as good at at&t wireless, but hey, it is a lot less expensive. i got a great amount of minutes, and i got a plan that gives me unlimited data. so, i thought.. yeah, that will work. i logged in to aol IM to play with it. NOW, i found that if i use that through the client on my phone, i am charged for every thing i do there. this includes sending, receiving, and even getting my buddy list. each of these things are billed as a text message. sure, my unlimited internet plan comes with 300 text messages included, but DAMN that is ridiculous. so, i decided that i would log in and try aol IM through their t-zones service (which i supposedly have included in my internet plan). when i did that, i could put in my username, but there was nowhere to put in a password. i talked to a guy at their tech support desk. yeah, that was fun and a waste of time. after getting off of the phone, it magically started working (well, more or less). i was able to log in. it is the biggest piece of crap software every written. as a bit of good news, i got the motorola v300 which is cool. that is it though,
