we went to iz today because adam wanted to earn some APs. i don't think that i want to go again on a friday night until i know more if it has an effect on my weigh in on saturday mornings (water retention caused by the muscles hanging on to the water to heal themselves). anyway, i played for an hour, and i earned 11 APs for it. i've been thinking about changing how my APs are calculated. Instead of using the WW criteria, i think that i might use the number of calories burned on my HRM divided by 100. i've been thinking a lot of about reducing the number of APs that i can eat to boost weight loss. perhaps i will try that starting today to see how it goes....
