OMG. today was the worst exercise day ever. i went to do c25k even though my leg was bothering me. i was unable to finish it, and my leg hurt even more. when i got home, i wanted to see what part of my leg it was that hurt. turns out that it was my achilles tendon. i wasn't able to get into my regular doctor, so i wound up at urgent care where i waited for over 2 hours before waiting for another 30 minutes for a doctor. anyway, the doctor was super nice. she said that it was achilles tendonitis and i probably have some small tears in the tendon. anyway, i need to basically keep off of it for 4-6 weeks or until it feels better. i am quite sad because i can't do the exercises that i really like to do (DDR and C25K). this really sucks. if i have to do much walking, the doctor thinks that crutches might be a good idea. i guess we'll see...
