week 22
well, i was down 1.4 pounds today. i am pretty happy with that. i have decided that i am going to work harder this week to only eat my APs earned in addition to my target points on the days that i earn APs. on the days where i have no APs, my goal is to use no more than a few FPs. i would like to finish the week with no fewer than half of my FPs left. i decided this after reviewing my old journals. i had better losses when i didn't eat as many FPs.
