weekly weigh in

it was ok. my consultant and i talked about increasing my calories because i am getting more exercise as my ankle is mostly cooperating. i was down .7 this week, so i will now be alternating 1700 and 1500 calorie days. maybe next week will be better. i am down 5 lbs with JC now in 2 weeks.
