woo. lotsa ddr today. we played for 100 minutes. yes, 100 minutes. 13 APs and a ton of water later, i am tired. very tired.
well, i did ok today. tamara came over to seattle, so we ate mexican food. i finished today using all of my daily points plus 6 APs and 1.5 FPs. blah. oh well. tomorrow is another day.
well, illusionz closed early today, so we didn't go there. we went to lanwerx which SUCKED. their pads suck, and you can barely hear the music because the pads are so freaking loud on the concrete and the music volume is really low. anyway, one of the pads was slippery, so i hurt my knee. :( i earned 6 APs anyway.
i was watching return of the king last night, so i forgot to enter all of this info! we played an hour of DDR for 12 AP. i ate 34.5 points, so i had 7.5 left at the end of the day.
as of now, i have 11 points left for today. i ate only one of my APs. i was good on milk and water, but i didn't get all of my f/v. i keep trying though. i bought some pre-made salad today at the grocery store, so that will be very helpful in helping me to get those in.

so, i finish today with 2 points left. i ate most of my 6 APs today. not too bad.
well, we played DDR, but i was only able to play for about 30 minutes. i had to take an extra neurontin pill that made me mega-dizzy. on well, i still earned 6 APs. i'm going to try not to eat them, but we'll see what happens with that!
well, no APs for me today. we were supposed to go to yoga, but the damn landscaping people do their work on wednesday morning. today, it was so bad that i just felt awful all day (i still do as a matter of fact). with no APs, i found that i used 5 FPs to cover today. not too bad.
well, even with the 15 APs that i earned today, i finished today with 0 points left. it was really the taco salad that i had for lunch that sucked away most of my points.
i tried the WATP 2 mile express today. it was pretty cool. for the 30 minutes it took me to finish it, i earned 2 APs. we also went to izzy and played 75 minutes of DDR. i got another 13 APs for that.
well, i dropped 2 more pounds this week for a total of 18.2 pounds down. i am a little disappointed that i was not down 2.1 pounds. i really wanted to drop into another point range, but now i am sure that will happen next week!
today, i end the day with 2 points left. i'm a bit nervous for weigh in tomorrow, so i hope that goes well. i guess we will find out tomorrow morning!
i went to curves today. i was pretty sore from yesterday, so i didn't push myself as hard as i had been doing. it was fine though. i earned 3 APs today.
well, we did the 4 mile nordstrom beat the bridge walk this morning. it took us 70 minutes due to some really slow people and people with jumbo strollers!! i earned 6 APs. i finished the day with 3.5 points left (including APs). i haven't used any flex points this week, so that is a good.
so, i ate 30.5 points today. that means i had 12.5 left for today due to the bunch of APs i got from DDR. i'm pretty happy about that. yay me.
more DDR for us. we spent 75 minutes playing DDR today. it worked out pretty well. i got 13 APs for it. yay. i finished the week with 63 APs. not bad... not bad at all.
we went to play DDR today. it wasn't crowded, thankfully. i earned 12 APs for the hour of play. yay.

well, blah. i had to use 2 FPs today because i ate a CHEESEBURGER HAPPY MEAL! oh well. :) it was mighty tasty.
busy busy today. i went to curves this morning and earned 5 APs. tonight, adam and i started a yoga class. since it was the first night, we only did yoga for about 45 minutes, so i earned 3 APs.
today i ate 34.5 points. i had to use 4.5 flex points today. no exercise today. bleh.
well, today was better than i thought. i was down another 2.8 lbs for a total of 16.2 down. i got another 5 pound star to add to my bookmark! yay!
*sigh* well, i weigh in tomorrow morning. i hope i am down. i calculated all of the APs that i earned last week and compared it to the previous week. i had fewer this week, but i also ate fewer overall points. so, i guess there is hope. i'll update the website after i get home. wish me luck!

another day at curves today. i worked pretty hard, so i counted it as 5 APs. i was glad to be back there after feeling so crappy last week. i also signed us up for an intro to yoga class offered at evergreen that is 6 weeks long and starts on wednesday (yes, 2 days from now wednesday). yay!
with the 12 APs i earned from DDR today, i finished the day with 6 points left. since today is the first day of a new week, i did not use any FPs.

so, i finish off today with 10 points left (that includes the 12 APs i got). i only used 5 of my flex points today, so that will be interesting to see what the scale has to say about it on tuesday. i did ok with fruits/veggies and milk. as usual, water wasn't an issue. i am glad that this week is over.
well, another trip to illusionz today. it was less high schooler ridden today. still annoying though. damn kids. anyway, i got 12 APs today, so i have over 50 for the week! yeah me!

well, i felt crappy but less crappy than i had been all week. so, we went to izzy along with the entire high school student population on the east side. played for an hour on standard primarily. yay me! i have learned a negative thing about losing weight though... i get fewer APs :(
well, i didn't feel so hot today (again). i wish i had felt well enough to get some exercise in, but i didn't. i finished today with having to use 4.5 flex points to compensate for my lack of APs.
i still feel crappy, so no exercise for me. i was hoping to be able to go to curves or play ddr, but i just don't feel up to it. :( i am going to go do something tomorrow regardless of how i feel. i haven't had any exercise since tuesday. :(
i finished the day with .5 left. my knee was still killing me, so i didn't get any APs. :( blah.
so, we went to illusionz to play ddr again. i got about 45 minutes into it, and i couldn't jump anymore cause the bad knee that i hurt 14 years ago was making me want to cry. so, i got 9 APs for the 45 minutes of high intensity, and 15 minutes of low intensity for 1 AP. 10 APs in one day is still a pretty respectable number. i plan on going to curves tomorrow, so hopefully my knee will be feeling a little bit better.
well, i had a great lunch with a friend today. i was really good. i kind of went downhill from there. i ate a 7 pt taco. i had a veggieburger for dinner (good again), but then a 7.5 pt donut! with the help of some APs eating up some of my badness, i had to use .5 FP to bring myself back up to zero for the day, so it was not a total loss.
well, today was my 7th weigh in and my 6th week of actually eating on program. i am pleased to report that i was down 2.8 lbs today for a total of 13.4 down since starting on 4/3!! i can do this!
well, i didn't manage to eat all of my points. i was short eating 2 of them. that's ok though. :) i did super good on my water, milk, and i ate 2 veggies. i'm really working on the fruits/veggies, it is just hard...
i went to curves today. i really really really pushed today, so i earned 6 APs. man, i thought i was gonna fall over, but i felt great after i recovered from the wanting to fall over. :) i was gonna try WATP today, but i felt crappy. i hope i will feel better tomorrow.
I DID IT!!! I ATE ALL OF MY FRUITS/VEGGIES TODAY!!! i also drank all of my water. YAY! i have no points left for today, and i have not used any of my FPs so far this week (which began today)
well, played more DDR today. i actually played a few songs on heavy mode. i did pretty well through part of them, but i wound up failing them (not shockingly). Oh well, I just really started playing stuff on standard mode recently. at least i got the 13 APs for an hour. per usual, i then feasted on a 7.5 pt donut! i suck.
i ate all of my points for today. again, not so good on f/v, but keep trying. i still have 25 FPs left to use in the next 2.5 hours. obviously, that isn't going to happen!!
this doesn't count as real exercise (at least not yet) but last night, adam and i registered for the komen race for the cure that will be held in seattle on june 6. we signed up for the 5k walk. today, we registered for the nordstrom beat the bridge race that benefits the juvenile diabetes research foundation that is on 5/23. we are registered for a 4 mile walk in that race. i am very excited. :)

well, i did not eat all of my fruits/veggies again. thanks to a bunch of APs, i finished the day by eating all of my required points and about a third of my APs. if i get hungry, i will eat something later, but i am fine for now.

well, weigh in was fine and exercise was fine. i could have made a better choice than eating a donut (krispy kreme chocolate iced custard filled at 7.5 pts to be exact), but hey i earned it! i was great with the water and milk, but i only made 2 fruits/veggies. i am still trying though... better luck with that tomorrow.
wellllllllllllllllllllllllll, lots of APs today. played DDR for 75 minutes as opposed to the normal 60. man, i feel like crap now! at least i got 16 APs from it. :) then, i got a donut afterward of course... hehheheh
well, my first weigh in after being gone for a week. it was better than i had hoped. i lost .6 lbs. i was fearing a gain. i am now down 10.6 lbs in total. :)
after being out of town last week, i am nervous about weighing in tomorrow morning. while i was great about journaling, i am just nervous. i really didn't use any of my flex points until friday, but i don't know if eating so many at the end of the week will kill any hope for this week's weigh in. i guess i will see tomorrow morning. at least i am happy about going to curves and learning that i have lost almost 10 inches in a little over a month!!
so, i finish today with 3 points (my APs from earlier today). i did great with my milks and waters, but not so good with the 'ol veggies/fruits yet again. i did not use any flex points, so i still have 35 left for the week. tomorrow is another day!
i went to curves today after a week long absence (i was out of town). i felt like i had been gone for ages. it was also time for my first official 1 month measuring. well, i have lost a total of 9.75 inches! yay me! going to curves earned me 3 APs!
so, i did ok point wise due to my large amount of APs. i admit that i didn't make that great of choices for food, but i stayed within my points. i finish the day with 6.5 points left (13 of today's points were APs). however, i did not get in all of my fruits/veggies or milk. better luck for me tomorrow! i haven't used any of my flex points for this week, so i am on track!

well, given the fact that i spent most of the day in airports/in flight, i don't feel too bad. i finished the day by having to use 19 flex points! i finished the week with 1 flex point left. that is the most that i have used so far. we'll have to see how weigh-in goes on tuesday! i admit, i am a bit scared. i was good with drinking all of my water and getting my milk servings, but i sucked with the fruits and veggies. i only had 2 servings. at least 2 is better than 0!
well, today is the first day that i have this up and going. i will be posting any thoughts that i have, exercise information, how i did on points, and results of weigh-ins. i will also try to journal some of this in pictures. this should be interesting!
