so, let's analyze why i gained... ;)
saturday: acapulco fresh chicken quesadilla for lunch, ixtapa chicken fajitas for dinner. helped jay and karsan move - 5 hours of work
sunday: ok for breakfast, ok for lunch, ok for dinner, taco bell crunchwrap supreme and chicken soft taco. no exercise - sore from moving and headache really starting.
monday: slept through breakfast, acapulco fresh chicken quesadilla for lunch, canyons for dinner (corn fritters and chicken strips w/fries). no exercise because of migraine.
tuesday: slept through breakfast, ok for lunch, ok for dinner, DQ medium heath blizzard and extra JC dinner. still migraine, though better, so i did the 4 mile WATP super challenge
wednesday: ok for breakfast, ok for lunch, coho for dinner (soba noodles w/chicken, 1/2 slice bread, crab dip), 4 pieces of pizza. still very headachey, but did the WATP 2 mile for abs.
thursday: ok for breakfast, ok for lunch, 2 pieces of pizza for snack, canyons for dinner (corn fritters and fish and chips w/fries). day off of exercise, but carried 13lb box to post office.
oh yeah, i sucked on getting my water in all week.
today, i have had about 1/3 of a falafel sandwich and a baklava from the msft cafeteria for lunch. heh.
